Celebrating Black History Month with Khaya Kitchen
October is Black History Month and this year we will be celebrating with Khaya Kitchen
In collaboration with Lowewood Museum we have two opportunities for you to discover their journey and experience their tasty dishes:
Treat yourself to an evening out with a delicious, traditional Caribbean meal at Khaya Kitchen’s Pop-Up, along with some speciality drinks from our licensed bar at Wormley Community Centre on Saturday 15th October from 5.30pm.
Enjoy a visit to Lowewood Museum cafe to see ‘The Story of Khaya Kitchen’ exhibition which will be on display from 8th October until the end of the year. Discover the fascinating story behind their grassroots development through photos and words.We hope to see you there!
