A gentle exercise formed from a soft martial art, designed to move every joint and muscle while providing an opportunity to develop mindfulness practices. The key benefits are better balance and coordination, less stress, being more present and feelings of calmness.

Suitable for all and adaptable to individual requirements, all you need are comfortable clothes that aren’t restrictive and flat shoes.
